By accessing or using AllThought (available at allthought.com, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Renter30 LLC d/b/a AllThought ("AllThought," "we," "us," or "our").
Your continued use of the Platform after any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
AllThought is an anonymous public forum that allows users to submit short-form text submissions ("Thoughts") about businesses. Thoughts are categorized as compliments, suggestions, or concerns. AllThought does not verify the accuracy of any Thought, does not endorse any Thought, and does not represent or warrant that any Thought is true, accurate, complete, reliable, or timely.
AllThought is a passive conduit and interactive computer service as defined under Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act (47 U.S.C. § 230). AllThought does not create, author, or editorially control any user-submitted content.
AllThought is an interactive computer service provider under 47 U.S.C. § 230. We are not the publisher or speaker of any user-generated content ("UGC") posted to the Platform. We are not liable for any UGC posted by third-party users, regardless of whether such content is alleged to be defamatory, false, misleading, offensive, or otherwise objectionable.
Businesses, individuals, or other third parties who believe content posted on the Platform is harmful, false, or defamatory must pursue claims against the individual who posted the content, not AllThought. AllThought cannot be held liable as a publisher of UGC under federal law.
Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to waive or limit AllThought's immunity under Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act or any other applicable law.
AllThought does not require users to create an account or provide personally identifiable information to post a Thought. While we collect IP address data for abuse prevention purposes, we do not publicly display IP addresses and do not associate Thoughts with identifiable users in any public-facing capacity.
Because submissions are anonymous, AllThought cannot identify or compel disclosure of the identity of any person who submitted a Thought. Any legal process seeking to unmask anonymous users must comply with all applicable state and federal laws, including the First Amendment protections afforded to anonymous speech.
By submitting a Thought, you represent and warrant that your submission does not:
AllThought reserves the right, but not the obligation, to remove any Thought that violates these Terms or that AllThought determines, in its sole discretion, to be inappropriate or harmful. Removal of content does not waive AllThought's Section 230 immunity.
Thoughts posted on AllThought are the opinions and expressions of individual users, not statements of fact by AllThought. Statements of pure opinion — including negative opinions about a business — are protected speech under the First Amendment of the United States Constitution and are not actionable as defamation.
AllThought does not guarantee, verify, or validate any claims made in any Thought. Businesses and individuals who read Thoughts should conduct their own independent investigation before relying on any information contained therein.
AllThought expressly disclaims any and all responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, legality, or reliability of any Thought posted on the Platform. The presence of a Thought on the Platform does not constitute an endorsement by AllThought of the content of that Thought or of the views expressed therein.
AllThought does not represent or warrant that the information contained in any Thought is accurate, current, or free from error. AllThought is not responsible for any decisions made in reliance on Thoughts posted on the Platform.
By submitting a Thought to AllThought, you grant AllThought a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and create derivative works from your submission in connection with operating and promoting the Platform. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license.
AllThought retains all rights to the Platform itself, including its design, software, code, trademarks, and other intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without AllThought's express written consent.
Business information displayed on AllThought (including business names, addresses, phone numbers, and categories) is sourced from publicly available data and third-party data providers. AllThought does not guarantee the accuracy or currency of any business listing information.
Businesses do not pay to be listed on AllThought and do not have the right to remove or edit their listing or any Thoughts associated with their listing solely because the content is unfavorable. Businesses who believe a specific Thought violates Section 5 of these Terms (Prohibited Content) may submit a report using the flagging feature.
AllThought reserves the right to remove business listings or associated content in its sole discretion, but is not obligated to do so.
Users may flag a Thought as inappropriate using the flag feature. Flagging a Thought does not guarantee its removal. AllThought reviews flagged content at its discretion and may remove content that violates these Terms.
AllThought's decision to remove or retain any content is final. AllThought shall not be liable to any party for its decisions regarding content moderation. Moderation actions do not waive Section 230 immunity or constitute AllThought acting as a publisher of the content at issue.
AllThought employs technical measures including IP-based rate limiting to prevent spam and abuse. Users who circumvent or attempt to circumvent these measures are in violation of these Terms and may be blocked from accessing the Platform.
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. AllThought expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
AllThought does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. AllThought does not warrant that any content on the platform is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free from error.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AllThought and its members, managers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of goodwill, loss of data, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform, even if AllThought has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall AllThought's total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these terms or the platform exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00).
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AllThought and its members, managers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights or privacy rights; or (d) any Thought you submit to the Platform.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Franklin County, Massachusetts, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
Waiver of class action: to the extent permitted by law, you waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against AllThought.
AllThought respects intellectual property rights. If you believe that content on the Platform infringes your copyright, please submit a written notice to AllThought containing: (a) identification of the copyrighted work; (b) identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location on the Platform; (c) your contact information; (d) a statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized; (e) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner; and (f) your physical or electronic signature.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AllThought regarding the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Failure by AllThought to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
