This Privacy Policy describes how Renter30 LLC d/b/a AllThought ("AllThought," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and handles information when you use the AllThought platform at allthought.com (the "Platform"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. AllThought is designed from the ground up to minimize data collection. We do not require you to create an account, provide your name, or share any personally identifiable information to use the Platform.
AllThought does not require you to create an account. The only content you voluntarily submit is a "Thought" — a short text submission categorized as a compliment, suggestion, or concern about a business. We store the text of your Thought and its category. We do not ask for your name, email address, or any other identifying information.
When you submit a Thought or interact with the Platform, we automatically collect and store a hashed version of your IP address ("IP hash"). We hash IP addresses so that we cannot reverse-engineer your actual IP address from what is stored. We use IP hashes solely for the purposes of rate limiting (preventing spam and abuse) and detecting patterns of misuse. We do not use IP hashes to identify you personally or track your behavior across the web.
We may also collect standard server log data including browser type, referring URLs, pages visited, and timestamps. This data is used for operational purposes such as debugging and performance monitoring and is not linked to individual users.
AllThought does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party behavioral tracking technologies. We may use minimal session or functional cookies strictly necessary for the Platform to operate. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertising networks.
We use the information we collect for the following purposes only:
We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any commercial purpose beyond operating the Platform.
AllThought is designed to be anonymous. We do not publicly display any information about who submitted a Thought. Thoughts appear on the Platform without any attribution to a user, account, or identity.
Because we collect hashed IP addresses rather than raw IP addresses, we cannot directly identify the submitter of any Thought. We cannot and will not disclose the identity of any Thought submitter in response to requests from businesses, individuals, or other private parties. Any legal process seeking user identification must comply with all applicable federal and state laws, including those protecting anonymous speech under the First Amendment.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your personal information with third parties for commercial purposes. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:
Thoughts are retained on the Platform indefinitely unless removed by AllThought pursuant to our Terms of Service or applicable law. IP hashes are retained for a reasonable period sufficient to enforce rate limits and investigate abuse, after which they may be purged.
Server log data is retained for a limited operational period and then deleted. We do not retain data longer than necessary for the purposes described in this Policy.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we collect from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include database access controls, encrypted connections (HTTPS), and hashing of IP addresses at the point of collection.
No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and are not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
AllThought is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. Because AllThought does not collect personally identifiable information and submissions are anonymous, most traditional privacy rights (such as access, correction, or deletion of personal data) do not apply in the conventional sense — we simply do not have data linked to your identity.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
